There has been no satellite probes sent to Neptune specifically
but a probe sent to Saturn and Jupiter accidentally came to (or flew by) Uranus and
Neptune.
If you were to travel to Neptune it would be quite impossible. First of all, it is very cold because it is the farthest planet from the sun. Also there are very constant windstorms that go up to 700 Mph so landing would be very difficult. If anyone were to go to Neptune you would never see them again.
